Flo Fabrizio, Erie political stalwart, dies at 73

Flo will be deeply missed by the Jefferson team. He was the inaugural recipient of the Jefferson’s Cicero Award, unanimously chosen to receive it by the Jefferson’s Civic Leadership Academy. He was instrumental in helping our team establish connections to government officials on both sides of the aisle in Harrisburg when our Academy traveled to the state capital and was a cheerleader for the work we do.

What’s more, he was a cheerleader and champion for Erie, who worked tirelessly until the end to make it a better place for us all to enjoy and to be proud of. He believed in this region, both for its great assets and its great potential.

We are grateful for his service and hope that the legacy he leaves will serve as an inspiration to both today’s and tomorrow’s civic leaders. — Jefferson President Dr. Ferki Ferati
