Robert Rhodes received his Ph.D. in political science from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. He is the author of six books, including Health Care Politics, Policy and Distributive Justice: The Ironic Triumph, published by the State University of New York Press, where he also edited a series on health care policy for SUNY. He has taught Health Care Politics and Policy at both Edinboro University and Allegheny College. Currently, he is an Emeritus Professor of Political Science from Edinboro University and resides in Edinboro with his wife Caroline.
