Adam Bratton

Adam Bratton, M.P.A., is a non-profit executive with nearly 20 years of diverse experience in management. He began his career in Washington D.C., working for a higher education membership organization and a public service advocacy group. Adam has since held various roles, including working in public affairs at Allegheny College, serving as Executive Director of the Robert H. Jackson Center in Jamestown, NY, and fundraising positions with the Barber National Institute and the Achievement Center in Erie. Currently, Adam is the Executive Director of The Nonprofit Partnership, an organization dedicated to strengthening the capacity of non-profit organizations. He has successfully led organizations in establishing comprehensive fundraising programs, including annual fund programs, leadership giving initiatives, event fundraising, and capital campaigns.
