Remarkable Women: The Suffragists

March 7th,2019 | 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Professor/Instructor/Speaker: Corrine Egan, B.A.

As we approach the 100th anniversary of Women's Suffrage, we will begin looking
at the women who pioneered the movement in the United States. This Term, we
will examine those who brought the idea of women's right to vote from England
and launched the Suffragist movement in the United States. You know some of
them, but many unsung heroines helped us gain the fundamental right to vote in
our country. Join us to learn their stories.
