May 7th,2021 | 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Professor/Instructor/Speaker: Penny Mechley-Porter

Healing from grief and loss starts with acknowledging the loss and its impact. In today's session, we recognize the varied and profoundly difficult aspects of life during 2020-2021, a time of significant losses. We explore the impact of those losses on you and on others. Our mindfulness exercise will help you recognize you are not alone in your experience of grief.
