Landmark: Erie's Bicentennial Tower

Erie's iconic Bicentennial Tower almost did not happen. But the tower project's backers, planners, architects, engineers, construction workers, and others overcame hurdles – in record time – to erect what now stands as a symbol of pride and possibility for a true gem of a city. Watch this documentary film at Celebrate Erie and meet the director and producer Lou Richards for a discussion.
