The 2025 cohort of JES Civic Leadership Academy assessed population decline in Erie County, Pennsylvania – assessing trends, exploring why it matters, and proposing clear-eyed actional recommendations of what should be done. During this Community Conversation Lunch, they will delve deeper into their findings and key recommendations – after having spent seven months visiting, learning about, and researching various municipalities across Erie County, which ties directly to this project. 

The JCLA is funded in part by the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority's Multi-Municipal Collaboration Grant.
