It's Not in Your Head: Understanding the Midlife Hormonal Shift

August 19th,2026 | 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Speaker: Rebbecca  Hertel, D.O.

Something shifts in midlife and most women feel it before anyone explains it to them. Sleep gets harder. Weight changes without warning. Moods swing. Brain fog sets in. And yet, time and again, routine labs come back "normal."

In this talk, Dr. Rebbecca Hertel, DO, MSCP, breaks down what's actually happening hormonally during the midlife transition—from perimenopause through menopause and beyond. You'll learn why your symptoms are real even when your labs look fine, what the hormonal shift actually involves, and what options exist to help you feel like yourself again.

This is the conversation your doctor should be having with you, clear, evidence-based, and zero judgment. Come with questions.
