Erie Arts & Culture has had many roles in the arts and culture community since its founding in the 1960s. Today, the organization is about to embark on its next chapter, serving as a leader, convener, and advocate for arts and culture as an essential component of community development in Northwestern Pennsylvania. In this program, Erie Arts & Culture Executive Director Anne O'Dell will explain how it is opening doors to the possibilities of what that means for Erie and the greater Northwestern Pennsylvania region.

Anne O'Dell stewards resources so people thrive. A purpose-driven leader and former classical musician, Anne joined Erie Arts and Culture as Executive Director in 2023, and knows first-hand the power the arts have to transform people's lives and communities. With over fifteen years of experience working in local arts agencies and organizations in the Washington, DC region, she brings skills of consensus and coalition building, creating an organization that supports well-being, program development and expansion, and prioritizing equitable access to resources to Erie and the region EAC serves.
