Its main mission has always been to provide free education of high quality to Ukrainians who need it, wherever their location is, and the Russian full-scale invasion didn't stop it.

Centres' representatives will discuss their network's history and development, obstacles in centres' operation and the way the Russian invasion has redirected their work.
