Erie County Executive Candidates Debate

The Jefferson Educational Society, in partnership with the Erie Reader and WQLN Public Media, will host two debates between candidates vying to serve as the Mayor of the City of Erie and Erie County Executive. On Tuesday, Oct. 17, primary election victors Democrat Joe Schember and Republican John Persinger will discuss the details of their platforms and debate issues critical to the future of the City of Erie. The following night, on Wednesday, Oct. 18, Republican challenger Art Oligeri will debate Incumbent Democrat Kathy Dahlkemper, as each explores their platforms before debating various topics of Erie County. Each debate will begin at 7pm.
