In this presentation, Erie Regional Chamber President and CEO Brandon Mendoza will share the thinking behind the Erie 300 Strategy and reflect on his first year leading the Chamber. He will discuss how the Chamber's work is evolving, what he has heard from employers and community leaders, and why this moment represents a renewed sense of energy and possibility for Erie's economic future.

Brandon Mendoza, M.P.A.
President and CEO, Erie Regional Chamber

Brandon Mendoza has served as President and CEO of the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership since January 2025. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he spent part of his childhood in the Pocono Mountains and on Cape Cod. He earned his undergraduate degree from Lock Haven University and a Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. In his role, Mendoza works to strengthen Erie’s economic future by supporting business investment, community partnerships, and placemaking initiatives. A strong believer that Erie’s best days lie ahead, he proudly serves as an ambassador for the region. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found at a hockey rink watching one of his two sons play or exploring Erie’s restaurants and coffee shops.
