Rachel Pineo served as an intern for the Jefferson Educational Society in the Summer of 2026. She has been hired to serve as a Publications and Programming Assistant. She recently graduated from Penn State Behrend with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and minors in Legal Studies and History. She is passionate about history, community engagement, and research. Rachel has presented her work at multiple conferences during her time at Behrend, most recently at the 2026 ASEN Conference on Democracy, Nationalism and Freedom in Edinburgh, Scotland. She enjoys reading, taking walks by the Bayfront, and watching new movies in her free time.
