Staff of the Jefferson Educational Society

Kaila is serving as an intern at the Jefferson Educational Society for summer 2026. She is currently studying Business Economics at Mercyhurst University, with minors in political science and accounting. Kaila likes to stay involved on campus, such as being members of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and Phi Eta Sigma, and hopes to continue that desire for involvement and engagement within her internship.

 

Kaila has a passion for community development and hopes to gain more knowledge on civic engagement within the Erie community. She has a growing interest in pursuing Public Policy, allowing societal issues to be addressed in order to increase the common good. She hopes to utilize her versatile education to analyze and create policies that will help those in need. In her free time, Kaila enjoys running, yoga, reading, and baking.
