After their Spring 2026 internship, Hayes joined the JES as an Operations Assistant for the summer.

Hayes is a mission-driven student and professional with a passion for service, community engagement, and supporting inclusive, people-centered programs. With an academic background in Religious Studies, Anthropology/Archaeology, and a growing specialization in Public Administration, they thrive in roles that connect people, systems, and ideas to help create a meaningful impact.

Their work experience includes coordinating community engagement platforms (like GivePulse), managing community partnerships, and helping Allegheny College align service opportunities with student volunteerism. They are especially interested in utilizing policy to increase access and equity in education and nonprofit work.

They are always open to connecting with fellow changemakers in higher education, government, or nonprofit spaces - let's grow and build something greater than us.
