Bailey Kroell is the Operations and Programs Coordinator at the Jefferson Educational Society. She graduated from Gannon University in 2025 with a degree in Public Service and Global Affairs and a minor in Theology. She began her work at the Jefferson Educational Society as the Lead Operations Intern in 2024 and then later served as the Operations Assistant in 2025. Residing in Erie with her husband, Max, along with their dog and two cats, Bailey has a deep passion for civic engagement and community development. Bailey’s interests reflect her love for history, faith, and adventure - whether she’s exploring state and national parks with her husband, enjoying a cup of chai tea, or searching for hidden gems while thrift shopping. Rooted in her Catholic faith, she is passionate about service, learning, and making a meaningful impact in the world around her.
