Professor/Instructor/Speaker: Jezree Friend

On Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, Donald Trump became the fifth presidential
candidate in U.S. election history to lose the popular vote while winning the
Electoral College, securing 304 electoral votes to defeat Democratic candidate
rival Hillary Clinton, thus becoming the 45th President of the United States.
While Clinton had led most nationwide polls prior to the election – including
those in critical swing states – Trump emerged victorious in key states such
as Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. With just little more than a year
until Americans decide whether to grant Trump another four years in the Oval
Office, what are the Republican strategies for winning the 2020 Election?
