Dr. John Hudak, Brookings Senior Fellow and author of the recent book Marijuana: A Short History, will discuss the current state of marijuana policy in the U.S., tracing the policy history over the last century. The talk will also focus on the future of marijuana policy under the Trump administration.
John Hudak
Dr. Hudak is Senior Fellow in Governance Studies and Deputy Director of the Center for Effective Public Management at the Brookings Institution. His research focuses on the American presidency, elections, legislative-executive relations, and marijuana policy. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from Vanderbilt University.
